1/4 Beef weight varies between 200 and 300 lb. A 255 lb beef quarter would cost $616.65 including slaughter and proccess.
Grain fed pork processed locally and can be picked up at the farm.
Call to get on the list for the next batch. Sides vary from 95 to 125 lbs.A 110 lb side of pork would cost $240.90 with all charges included.
Hides come in a variety of colors patterns and sizes.
Lamb is available at seasonal prices - generally in the spring.
